Tap 11 – Farmhouse Saison

Crisp, Dry, Rustic….hints of citrus and spice. This is a really clean, easy drinking beer

Nelson’s Windmill

ABV 5.0% | IBU 28

A West Coast Pilsner crisp, bright, and extra drinkable with a breezy hop kick. Clean lager snap up front, then a pop of citrus + white grape from Nelson hops, finishing dry and refreshing.

Amarillo Sky

ABV 5.3% | IBU 18

Easy-drinking and sunshine-bright. Brewed with Amarillo hops for a burst of citrus and floral aroma over a smooth malt backbone. Low bitterness, high refreshment.

Lula Belle

ABV 5.9% IBU: 10

The cow that started it all.
Before the taps flowed and the brewhouse buzzed, there was LuLa Belle—a curious young Charolais heifer who wandered up for a feed cube and a head scratch, and never left our hearts. She’s the reason Baby Cow Brewing got its name, and this beer is brewed in her honor.
Just like LuLa Belle herself, this ale is light in color, gentle in spirit, and full of charm. Crafted with Pilsen malt and flaked corn, it pours pale gold with a crisp, clean body and a smooth, mellow sweetness. A touch of Hallertau hops lends floral notes and a soft hint of spice, wrapping it all together with an easygoing bitterness.

LuLa Belle is heritage in a glass—simple, refreshing, and made for front porch sittin’, long talks, and slow Texas sunsets.

Heifer-Weizen

ABV 6.5% IBU:15

Arguably one of the most recognizable beer styles, the German-style hefeweizen offers a striking beer experience thanks to the use of distinctive wheat malt, unique yeast and uncharacteristic appearance. This wheat beer breaks from the German beer mold, showcasing yeast-driven fruit and spice as well as bearing an eye-catching mystique. Don’t let the cloudy hefeweizen deter you, this beer is one of the world’s most enjoyable styles for beer geeks and neophytes, alike.

Billy’s Bock

ABV 7.2% IBU: 12

Billy’s Bock
Strong. Smooth. A Little Wild.

When you need a beer that’s as bold as a backroad politician and twice as charming, reach for Billy’s Bock. This smooth, full-bodied German-style bock pays homage to America’s favorite beer-loving brother, with a Baby Cow twist. Brewed low and slow like a rancher’s drawl, Billy’s Bock delivers rich malt sweetness, notes of toasted caramel, and a clean finish that’ll have you hollerin’ for another.

Whether you’re fixing fences or just shootin’ the breeze under the stars, this bock is made for good stories and even better company.

Billy’s Bock – brewed for the black sheep, the cowhands, and anyone who knows that the best beer is the one that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Here For D Hops

ABV 7.5% IBU: 62

Juicy, tropical, pineapple flavors explode with each sip from every beautiful pint. True to the East Coast style of IPA’s, this beer delivers on flavor and easy sipping without the overpowering bitterness of a West Coast IPA. This is truly an IPA that all beer lovers can enjoy.

Brown Cow

ABV 5.9% IBU: 33

Because we all know chocolate milk comes from brown cows. Made with toasted grains and cacao nibs, this beer delivers a chocolaty and creamy finish.

Udder Madness

ABV 10.2% IBU: 29

A dark, thick sexy stout. One of the very first beers Baby Cow perfected. This brew embodies what we love….hints of chocolate, vanilla and a touch of Himalayan sea salt. This beer has a smooth toasty finish and is a strong one, so hold on to your britches!

Dos Hombres

ABV 5.3% IBU: 26

The origin of the Mexican Lager is from the 19th century when Austrian and German immigrants settled in Texas and Mexico. This beer utilizes Pilsen and Vienna malt with a touch of corn to create a unique style of Baby Cows version of the classic Mexican Lager.

Spicy Heifer

ABV 5.3% IBU: 26

Our version of a Mexican Lager with a Texas twist. We made a great beer and decided to make it better with the addition of Jalapeños. Great by itself or in your own Michelada
