Because we all know chocolate milk comes from brown cows. Made with toasted grains and cacao nibs, this beer delivers a chocolaty and creamy finish.
Our summer hazy IPA is finally here! Juicy, tropical, pineapple flavors explode with each sip from every beautiful pint. True to the East Coast style of IPA’s, this beer delivers on flavor and easy sipping without the overpowering bitterness of a West Coast IPA. This is truly an IPA that all beer lovers can enjoy as the Texas summer looms ahead of us.
Made with pure cane sugar and flavored with premium ingredients, our hard seltzer is the perfect less filling drink. Pure, clean and refreshing. Everything a hard seltzer should be.
This beer is a crowd favorite at Baby Cow, a full-flavored light wheat beer. It’s an easy sipper with slight malty tones that adds a touch of sweetness and just the right amount of wheat to provide a perfect smooth and crisp finish. This beer is sure to leave you refreshed feeling full.
Our classic dry stout has been elevated by the addition of chocolate and peanut butter. But we didn’t stop experimenting there. This is our first nitro beer on tap at Baby Cow. This beer tastes great and also looks great in a pint with the nitrogen cascading up the glass.
We hate IPA’s, except for this one! A New England style IPA brewed with fragrant, aromatic hops and just a kiss of strawberries. Perfect for a hot summer day. Come in today and get a cold draft poured one today and and let the light tropical flowers take you away.
A creamy full bodied stout with subtle coffee flavors and a balanced roast. Our coffee is sourced from a small coffee shop in Madeira Beach, Florida. The owner, Vicki Ferrari is a family friend and we are excited to share this brew with you.
A dark , thick sexy stout. One of the very first beers Baby Cow perfected. This brew embodies what we love….hints of chocolate, vanilla and a touch of Himalayan sea salt. This beer has a smooth toasty finish and is a strong one, so hold on to your britches!
The origin of the Mexican Lager is from the 19th century when Austrian and German immigrants settled in Texas and Mexico. This beer utilizes Pilsen and Vienna malt with a touch of corn to create a unique style of Baby Cows version of the classic Mexican Lager.
A session style ale with a very low grain base to create a fresh and crisp summer sipper. We achieve the lemon flavor with the addition of a Lemon Drop hop during secondary fermentation. This brings out pleasant citrus and tropical aromas. A fan favorite!
Our version of a Mexican Lager with a Texas twist. We made a great beer and decided to make it better with the addition of Jalapeños Great by itself or in your own Michelada
