Our zesty wheat ale is bursting with tropical and floral notes, finishing smooth with a juicy kiss of mango. It’s pure sunshine in a glass and the perfect way to toast the start of summer break.
Billy’s Bock
Strong. Smooth. A Little Wild.
When you need a beer that’s as bold as a backroad politician and twice as charming, reach for Billy’s Bock. This smooth, full-bodied German-style bock pays homage to America’s favorite beer-loving brother, with a Baby Cow twist. Brewed low and slow like a rancher’s drawl, Billy’s Bock delivers rich malt sweetness, notes of toasted caramel, and a clean finish that’ll have you hollerin’ for another.
Whether you’re fixing fences or just shootin’ the breeze under the stars, this bock is made for good stories and even better company.
Billy’s Bock – brewed for the black sheep, the cowhands, and anyone who knows that the best beer is the one that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
Because we all know chocolate milk comes from brown cows. Made with toasted grains and cacao nibs, this beer delivers a chocolaty and creamy finish.
This beer is a crowd favorite at Baby Cow, a full-flavored light wheat beer. It’s an easy sipper with slight malty tones that adds a touch of sweetness and just the right amount of wheat to provide a perfect smooth and crisp finish. This beer is sure to leave you refreshed feeling full.
Summer is in full swing, so reach for something light and refreshing. Hay Hay Charolais is a light but full bodied blonde that everyone can enjoy. We call it a French Blonde here at Baby Cow Brewing because the Charolais is originally from France. And even though there is no such thing as a French Blonde in the beer world, there is no such thing as a baby cow in the ranch world. So basically, we do what we want!
We revert back to those bitter sweet chocolate and coffee flavors in many of our beers but this one goes a step further. The addition of fresh raspberries creates the perfect balance of tart and sweet, ending with a velvety mouthfeel we are sure you will love.
A creamy full bodied stout with subtle coffee flavors and a balanced roast. Our coffee is sourced from a small coffee shop in Madeira Beach, Florida. The owner, Vicki Ferrari is a family friend and we are excited to share this brew with you.
They called my great grandad Bull. Not because he was tough, but because he was full of it. But this Hazy IPA won’t bluff you. At 7.2% abv, its loaded with Citra and backed with a few other fruit forward hops giving it a mouth watering juicy flavor of ripe mango and hints of citrus.
A dark , thick sexy stout. One of the very first beers Baby Cow perfected. This brew embodies what we love….hints of chocolate, vanilla and a touch of Himalayan sea salt. This beer has a smooth toasty finish and is a strong one, so hold on to your britches!
The origin of the Mexican Lager is from the 19th century when Austrian and German immigrants settled in Texas and Mexico. This beer utilizes Pilsen and Vienna malt with a touch of corn to create a unique style of Baby Cows version of the classic Mexican Lager.
A session style ale with a very low grain base to create a fresh and crisp summer sipper. We achieve the lemon flavor with the addition of a Lemon Drop hop during secondary fermentation. This brings out pleasant citrus and tropical aromas. A fan favorite!
