We keep it simple at Baby Cow. Our beer is made with quality water, grains and hops.  We believe in keeping the process simple and repeatable.  We expect every single batch we brew to be the same as the last.  We aim to build a relationship with our customers and community, not just another tap room.  

Everything is done in-house, from the milling to the packaging.

 

 

 

 

 


Our Story

How did Baby Cow Brewing become the premier brewpub of Comanche County?  It all started in August of 2019 when two friends got together and decided to make great tasting beer, and we are sure that you will agree we’ve done just that.  We started small, perfected our process as well as refined our recipes.  Kody’s Brother in Law, David, came up with our name.  Driving through the Texas country side, he remarked one afternoon, “Hey, look at that cute little baby cow!”  Around here, there’s no such thing as a “baby cow”, we call them calves.  His little faux pas turned into what we have today, Baby Cow Brewing!
